The Kyomachiya was renovated, and the beams on the ceiling remain as they were at the time.The interior lighting and decorations are the same as the New York flagship store, and the interior is a modern classic with a harmony of Japanese and Western styles.Please relax in the store where jazz according to the season flows.

Only USDA-certified highest grade "Prime" aged meat is used

Dry aging is performed for 28 days or more in a dedicated aging warehouse where temperature, humidity and wind direction are thoroughly controlled.The aged meat, which has a condensed flavor due to aging, is grilled in a high-temperature broiler at 900 degrees to create a traditional New York style steak.
